  1. Aside from simply placing atoms on the playfield, you can also switch them. Click where indicated to place the green atom.

  3. The two red atoms are now satisfied, but the green atom still needs one more bond.

  5. By clicking on the green atom, you will switch it with the bottom one in the vial.

  7. This completes the molecule.

  9. This is a wall.

  11. Atoms cannot bond through walls.

  13. Click where indicated to place the green atom. It will not bond to the red one.

  17. The final situation occurs when an atom has a choice. Click to place the blue atom from the vial.

  19. As you can see, the blue atom does not know where to bond. Click on the unsatisfied purple  atom to form the bond.

  21. Notice, if you had chosen the red atom for the blue one to bond with, the molecule would not be completed.

  23. Here's a hint. Purple atoms are happiest in the middle of a molecule.
